Our Commitment

At Kriva Publications, every order is packed with care. We want you to love what you receive. If something is not right, we will make it right.


Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The book was received in damaged or defective condition
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The packaging was significantly damaged during transit

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Books that have been read, annotated, or used
  • Orders where the incorrect address was provided by the customer


How to Initiate a Return

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at nidhi@krivapublications.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs clearly showing the issue

  • A brief description of the issue

  • For damaged products: an uninterrupted unboxing video showing the product in its sealed/shrink-wrapped condition before it is opened, followed by the damage discovered upon opening

Damaged-product claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Please note that videos recorded after the product’s shrink wrap or sealed packaging has already been opened will not be accepted for damage claims.

For an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs for verified damaged or incorrect items will be borne by Kriva Publications


Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

For UPI payments, refunds typically appear within 2–3 business days. For credit/debit cards, it may take up to 7–10 business days depending on your bank.


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, email nidhi@krivapublications.com immediately with your order number in the subject line.

Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. You may initiate a return after delivery if eligible.
