Your order will be confirmed only after successful payment. If payment fails, is declined, or remains incomplete, the order may not be processed.
We do not store your full payment card or banking details on our website. Payment processing is handled securely by third-party payment providers.
7. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please review your order details carefully.
If you notice any error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at nidhi@krivapublications.com with your order number.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email and/or SMS.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

9. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
To request cancellation, email nidhi@krivapublications.com immediately with your order number in the subject line.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after delivery only if the item is eligible under our Return & Refund Policy.
10. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only under the following conditions:
- The item was received in damaged or defective condition.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The packaging was significantly damaged during transit.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Books or products that have been read, written in, annotated, used, or damaged by the customer.
- Orders where an incorrect or incomplete address was provided by the customer.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

11. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please include:

- Clear photographs of the packaging
- Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
