Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping notification with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

We ship across India using trusted courier partners including Delhivery and India Post.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment. If you do not receive this within 3 business days of ordering, please write to us at nidhi@krivapublications.com.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your book arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the book within 24 hours of delivery and email us at nidhi@krivapublications.com. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

In the rare case of a lost shipment, please contact us after 10 business days from your dispatch date. We will investigate with our courier partner and arrange a resolution within 5 business days.
