Our Commitment

At Kriva Publications, every order is packed with care. We want you to love what you receive. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The book was received in damaged or defective condition
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The packaging was significantly damaged during transit

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Books that have been read, annotated, or used
  • Orders where the incorrect address was provided by the customer

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at nidhi@krivapublications.com within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A photograph of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

Once we confirm your return request, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the item back. Return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items are borne by Kriva publications.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

For UPI payments, refunds typically appear within 2–3 business days. For credit/debit cards, it may take up to 7–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, email nidhi@krivapublications.com immediately with your order number in the subject line.

Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. You may initiate a return after delivery if eligible.
